Maintenance and Logistics

Through the maintenance and logistics module, you keep a direct line of communication between your customer, workers on the field and your supervisors. No more delays or excuses in trying to know where your team is, what is being done or why is your customer upset. Instant communication to instant needs.

Reporting Security

The solution allows you to report in real-time and anonymously or not, any kind of security issue you may see or have. Everything, with the ability to attach a photo, sound and/or video. The reports are sent to the person or area designated by the institution, company or your local city town.

2-way Chat

With the added benefit of 2-way Chat, you decide if and when you need to add additional support to your customer which reported an incident or to your Incident Responder. Normal chat between End-User to End-User is not possible. Chat is only initiated by an administrator or Incident Responder for support purposes only.

Emergency Button

Upon pressing the Emergency button, you are connected with your country's 911 service or your company's or institutions support service or Call Center.

Residential complexes

Report power failures, water or other situations that allow you to maintain the quality of your residential complex in optimal conditions. Reports go anonymously to a designated person or entity to take necessary action.

Sponsorship and Advertising

Through the Sponsor module, constant visibility of the marketing campaign is obtained. Additionally, the module allows you to place offers or services at any time and day, all managed by your marketing areas.

Note: Our Apps are not for open distribution. Pre-registration and authorization by the organization you are a member of (school, office, etc.) is required. Every user has the right to opt out of using the App before, during and after registration. The privacy rights and terms of use are available on our site and within the App. Our Apps are not for medical use or situations related to the pandemic or emergencies. In case of an emergency, please dial your local emergency government number. The types of reports are determined by each organization, so the reports shown are just examples.

Main advantages

The back-office module provides graphs, historical data and reports on the behavior of the different types of incidents, thus allowing resources and services within the institution or company to be identified and made more efficient. This gives the possibility of lowering operating costs, while increasing safety, productivity and image in general. The Sponsor module, with self-management of links, reports on the number of visits and advertising space, allows you to provide offers, discounts and advertising campaigns directly to App users where each time the App receives an internal notification from the institution, company or sponsor, the user needs to enter the App to check if it is an internal or advertising message. Additionally, all reports are sent in real-time to the corresponding person or area for an immediate response to what is reported in each case. Everything, generating a record of day and time with the beginning, flow and end of the incident.
